Peopl, often in teams, working together in interdependent ways toward the same goals. The newsletter repeatedly harps on how open-endedness and the uncertainty mindset leads to organizations that work well and are able to both innovate and adapt in situations of uncertainty. On that, see negotiated joining, open-ended roles, motivation, desperation by design, and goal-setting. (I only harp because it is true.)
