Things you intentionally do to yourself to fix problems you know you have. In this newsletter, self-therapy often refers to strategic practices for developing the uncertainty mindset (such as ambient uncertainty), becoming more comfortable with productive discomfort, and forcing functions for overcoming fear of failure (such as desperation by design)—basically all ways of developing a more productive and resilient relationship with inevitable uncertainty. Self-therapy works for teams and organizations too.
