This issue is a bunch of fragments about:

  1. The invisibility of the fear of failure,
  2. The tendency to redirect attributions of causality,
  3. Confirmation/disconfirmation biases,
  4. How education misses the the point by ritualizing the learning process and allowing students to avoid situations where they are exposed to not-knowing.
